Joel Ward, on a quick feed from Ovie, put the Caps up 2 to 1 with only 1.2 seconds remaining in last night’s game one tilt against the Rangers. The game was effectively over at that point as what can you realistically do in 1.2 seconds from a centre ice faceoff? While tying the game may not have been an option in such a time frame, here are 10 things a Rangers player could in fact do in the 1.2 second blink:
1. Throw a seven punch combo.
2. Drink a bottle of water.
10. Contemplate that 1.2 seconds would be an eternity for some of our brothers with “prematurity… problems. Take a moment of silence then show the proper respect…
