Coyotes will not take anyone who could ruin their chances at Bedard.

Buffalo? Really?

If the Islanders are willing to give up Pelech or Pulock then it could work. But Lou will not trade out of principle if there are rumours out there - and you just posted this rumour.

LA could make sense if the Leafs want prospects/picks. But they don't. That said, LA has outstanding 2-way centres who can shelter Nylander the same way they do with Fiala.

The kings are the only remotely plausible option on that list.

Coyotes are tanking and do not need a star player right now.

Buffalo would love him but Toronto is not reading for futures and prospects and Buffalo doesn’t have D to send back.

Devils, maybe but similar to comment above.

Kings have the required pieces and would love him. In all reality I would bet someone more like st Louis or Dallas.

Nylander is not being traded in season.

Trotz is not coaching anywhere this year.

When you went to journalism school, did you not take the course that taught you how to use an apostrophe?

We are already seeing jersey’s burned already and rumors swirling about Barry Trotz…

Hummm link(s) on this please.

I think you are mistaken on this one cause there have been zero talk about this here in the Big Smoke.

Looking for your input for Who’s Better Wednesday? Give me a matchup of player vs. player, team vs. team, coach vs coach etc. The best ones I will post and give you the credit for the idea..and perhaps, if you are in the Philly area…a cookie,

Trotz to be the new GM and Paul the walrus MacLean to be interim coach with Barry's guidance. Trotz will then trade Marner or Nylander for a #1D.

I kinda doubt that many teams would be interested in Melander.

You lost me at 'star calibre player' a perimeter player that is a 60 point player with an anomaly 80 point season is not a star player. He'd be lucky to hit 50 playing in a place like Arizona.

What is the going rate for a perimeter player who is terrified of going into the dirty areas?

Might be a stronger argument if you could just squeeze the word “player” in there one more time

Spoke like a person that just reads/listens to what people say but doesn’t actually watch the games. Nylander lead the leafs in goals from the slot last season which I’m pretty sure is considered the “dirty area” that you state he doesn’t go near.
