It was a surprise to me that Martin Biron was placed on waivers today. I'm not as surprised by Arron Asham also being waived. Chasing down a Rangers rumor now but what I'm hearing for the short term is that Cam Talbot will be backing up Henrik Lundqvist. The move will save some money on the cap for the Rangers.
