Anyone watching last year knew they would be good. Just not this good. Their top draft picks are playing at an elite level, Marino was a great add, and they have a lot of chemistry throughout the lineup.

The goaltending will come back down to earth and things will normalize eventually. They're much improved, but they're not actually this good.

I’m indifferent with Quinn. I’ve read a bit from Vancouver fans that he sucks at defense. Meanwhile we already have Dougie, Luke, Marino and Nemec that should be good offensively without sacrificing defense.
But that could just be disgruntled Vancouver fans. But considering allocation of cap space and the future of the defense.. not sure Quinn is a fit. |
