Time for Ned to visit Grand Rapids. The team cannot give up weak goals every game he plays. They would be better just to roll with Husso who has been mostly very good. Also time to give the Finnish netminder in Grand Rapids a chance, cannot be any worse than Alex

You would be wrong. Olkinuora has a 4.08 GAA, 0.867 S% in 7 games so no he would not be an improvement. Brattstrom isn't that much better than Olkinuora in GR and the Wings are not calling up Cossa to be a backup.
Not sure why Lalonde didn't go back to Husso after he got lit up last game if he is the #1 guy. Most coaches will put their #1 right back in after a game like that unless it is a back to back which this was not. This move made no sense to me. Why put Ned in this one instead of Husso? Play Husso against the Kings and play Ned against a weaker Ducks team on Tuesday.
The big problem with this team still is at center. Larkin is fine but everyone else is not. Copp so far is not a good 2nd line center and he is garbage on faceoffs. Ras is a 4th line center and doesn't have the skills to be anything more. Veleno has more skill but can't produce consistently at this point and he is worst than Copp on faceoffs. Wings still look like they need a proven 2nd line center and stop hoping 3rd line centers can magically get the job done as 2nd line centers. That list of failures is getting long.
Time for Yzerman to make some calls to struggling teams like Vancouver or St Louis for a center like Horvat or O'Reilly. Yes i know O'Reilly is struggling big time so far this season but he is a proven 2nd line center and maybe a reunion with Perron could snap him back to form. Both have decent size, both are good on faceoffs. Horvat would likely cost more since he is almost scoring a goal per game and is one of the top faceoff guys in the league right now and younger than O'Reilly. Both are UFAs at the end of the season. I wouldn't go high salary long term to re-sign O'Reilly but Horvat i would go longer on him. 3 prospects i wouldn't include in a deal are Edvinsson, Kasper and Cossa. I would be hesitant with Berggren, Hanas, Johansson and Wallinder but it would depend on who you get and how long are you getting them for. Trading the 2023 1st round pick would have to be lottery protected for sure. With some teams struggling and plenty of teams with little to no cap space, there could be deals to be made even this early in the season.
