If there's one thing that the Islanders don't need, it's a RHD. That's a position of organizational strength for them. Really defense in general. If Dobson makes the team out of camp, and it's looking like he probably will, they'll have 8 defenseman at the NHL level.

In our fantasy league (Inside Hockey Fantasy League) that is about the best way to lose the league all in one player.

On the Isles (I have Varly) with Barry's system this would HAVE to improve but even at -10 it likely isn't enough.

Ghost on my beloved Flyers was -20 (and got waived in our keeper league) despite being a BIG plus before so I guess it is possible. Perhaps going through 7 goalies BEFORE getting to Carter Hart didn't help the old plus minus in Philly?
