Mikko Rantanen Deal Close...

It appears that the Avalanche and Rantanen are closing in on a HUGE long term deal....That is unless a change of heart occurs soon with the team. The deal will be over 9M per I am told. and will achieve the goal of keeping Rantanen's and MacKinnon's next contracts a few years apart.

Islanders and Sabres talking deal?

I am hearing the Isles have put together a VERY strong offer for Rasmus Ristolainen....working on getting the names, but I am told the deal includes a first-round pick.
