I am so happy today.

Michal Neuvirth became a second-time dad; a baby boy named Marko. Mother and child are both doing well.

But Michal has been diagnosed with Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome after high fiving Radko Gudas after the birth.

Neuvirth is expected to be out indefinitely.

I’m really excited to see Hart play. This is not going to ruin him. IMO he struggled at first in Lehigh and he made the necessary adjustments and is doing good. If he struggles on the flyers I have no doubt he will make the necessary adjustments and excel.

Well the good news for the Flyers is Schneider and Crawford are down again so that crosses them off the list completely. When Quick goes down again then he can be officially off the list. That leaves overpaying for Bob or waiting to the off-season, maybe find another cheaper reclamation project for the season.

Also very interested to see what Gordon has to say about the use of some forwards.

So the team played like that on purpose or they really do suck.

Hakstol was a classy guy...never said anything to make me dislike him. Im disappointed that he didn't have the success here, that form all evidence of what others have said, that He was a tireless worker and deserved better. But this team stopped responding to him in large spurts, that really started a year ago.

as a fan I'm glad they made a change...but I feel bad anytime someone gets canned. I wish him luck ….but I'm excited this is just another move in the right direction for an organization that needs that.
