AA is insurance for GR since O'Regan departed.
Hutch is insurance for GR if Cossa is sent down to Toledo. |

Cossa has nothing to do with Hutch imo. He's insurance if they lose either Reimer or Lyon on waivers or if either looks like complete garbage in camp/pre-season. Cossa has to beat out Lethemon for a spot in GR. Wings are not going to go into the season with Lethemon or Cossa as the 1st callup incase of injuries and they will want a vet that can help GR win games if Lethemon/Cossa struggle at that level. |

They should just trade Cossa for a 5th and start focusing on developing Bednar |

I am excited about JT. I’m not sure why people aren’t. He isn’t Andrew Copp. Not sure why people keep going there. After the pick up, I encouraged people to look up his highlights on YouTube. Like a lot of you, I’ve been watching hockey a long time. The guy has battle. But don’t listen to me. Let’s watch him and let his play speak for itself.

PTOs can be a little surprising, but I can’t think of many that resulted in something notable. Now, if you had #13 or Jagr show up on a PTO, I’d be on a flight to TC!
Regarding Cossa… who knows if he lives up to his hype, but it looks like his road to the pros will be longer. Honestly, my son and I feel that Trey Augustine is the Red Wing goalie of the future. Perhaps he won’t have the same flash as other top goalies, but it will be fun to see him develop. I grew up within walking distance of Munn in EL. I wish I could teleport there now from the west coast to watch him… I feel the Spartan program is definitely taking some great steps. It’s been painful to watch them the last decade.
Regarding SY’s broadcast yesterday… it’s so funny to see him get prodded at the beginning on signing a last minute FA. People were dying to poke him for a Kane bomb. |

I'm assuming this is somewhat tongue-in-cheek. Otherwise, I imagine this take will not age well in time. |

Nah Bednar is clearly better. The prospects tournament showed that. |
