"update" is a strong word when you don't learn anything new, but this was to be expected...
so Martin Lapointe was basically promoted to replace Timmins, or are they planning on hiring new personnel in the off season?

For now, looks like it and they brought on Bobrov to be co-director, there's rumours that someone else is coming as well but we won't know until after the draft i'm afraid. Something to keep an eye on after the draft.

I see, thanks Karine.
I was just kind of worried that Lapointe would ultimately be a Timmins #2, but he might not have the same perspective, and there are lots of people at the table to discuss these drafting decisions, so it's not like it was only up to him either. |

While I don't like Tampa, that would be lame. If the Rangers do win this, it would be nice if they don't have to cheat their way into the finals.
Anyway, at some point one would think that the league will start to look closer at Trouba. |
