I'd be ok parting ways with Vlasic. But all those other names are too vital to our success. Vlasic and picks and/or prospects would be about as much I'd want to give up. And if that isn't enough for Columbus, I don't blame them. Frankly, I don't think we're compatible trade partners given their wants and our cap situation.

I'd have no issue letting Havlat go. I think he fits our needs well with his speed, but Havlat + for Nash would be fine with me.

You think that is OVER payment?
Vanek = awful contract and a hot/cold player
Sekera = just plain garbage
Enroth = a good back up, but not proven as a starter (he played well last season in Millers absense though)
Luke Adam = a blue chip prospect... i'll give you that.
1st rounder will be top five likely... so it's good.
I don't think Buff has the goods to swing the deal to be honest. Not to mention I doubt they are on " the list "

Dreger says deal should be done anytime now between The Jackets and the Kings.

He says that is minute to minute from being done.

The name coming back is Jack Johnson in return for Carter.
