What are you!
Anyway,
Toews wants to win so a southern team may make sense with the current landscape. The Toronto Maple Leafs won their division and is looking to repeat and go further in the playoffs. Winnipeg was the best team in hockey all year despite the early exit and would be the feel good story especially if he thrives.

Detroit is a bit of a bubble team but the Kane connection is real, I think Toews and Kane are both free agents so I would wonder if you gotta sign both to get one. Kane had a sneaky good year last year, he can still put points up he will get offers on an open market.

Using the +/- of a player on a terrible team as a barometer is a terrible idea.

Connor Bedard was a -36 last season. Does that mean he is garbage?

Don't ask anyone from Minnesota that question.

Indeed, he was on a terrible team that year. He was also still feeling the horrible effects of his condition which just nuked his energy. You could literally see it when he was playing.

If (and it's a huge if) his health issues are truly in the past, I think he would be a great 3C with the ability to provide some good 2C play if needed. He's an incredibly driven person, so you will for sure get a full 100% effort out of him. No one knows what that tops out at though.

Heard Toews wants to go to the Pens where he will finally inherit the C from Crosby.
#87 will simply be know as Osby from that point on. True story.
