Yeah you bet. You've made two references about me since the last time I posted you (frank)ing moron.

Hockeybuzz man child going to spend days now talking about me while I'm not even here whilst whining about everyone being obsessed with him.

You’re so rattled.

Just try and talk about hockey.

But you can’t because you spent most of the night squealing like a little piggy about how much you hate Marner. Then the very predictable outcome unfolded in which Mitch is the hero and carries his team to victory over the defending cup champs.

That’s the story here. You being wrong and trying to recover. But there’s this thing called a poop rope. And you’re hanging onto this poopty rope. You’re squeezing harder and harder.. well, you know what happens.

Yeah, and when I hear about bans I'm like, "really, you realize this place is dead, right?"

But wait, what if Richard Clouthier makes a comeback?

I don’t think a new Puckrant can kill this place.

Very ironic from the guy who's spent years ragging on Willy.

There are pages of me talking hockey before you started with your typical juvenile bullpoop because you're a complete and total baby about Marner and can't handle any criticism of him ever. So you start with your baiting crap and respond to other people's comments trying to incite.

You are the virus engrained into the code of this site and it's dependable village idiot. (frank) off and jog on.

No, let's talk more about the Leafs drafting in the 1st and 2nd round...

2014 - Nylander
2015 - Marner, Dermott
2016 - Matthews, Korshkov
2017 - Liljegren, Rasanen
2018 - Sandin, Durzi
2019 - Robertson
2020 - Amirov, Hirvonen
2021 - Knies
2022 - Minten
2023 - Cowan
2024 - Danford

And then people wonder why the Leafs have no depth behind their star players.

First 3 have turned out OK, 4th was considered top 4 till his lost mono year, 5th late picks, 6th probably have a point, 7th, guy is dead and can't be faulted for that, 8th is a steel for the second round, 9th, see 6th, and the rest haven't turned pro yet. That's not bad. Too many of the same type of forwards, and the wrong type of D-men are the only real faults.

100% he's hurt. Been a tough year, 4 Nations... have to wonder if they couldn't have shut him down and loaded up at the deadline, the ol' Vegas/FLA cap circumvention maneuver.

I might have agreed with that, but it was imperative that they got to first place, to get a better 1st round and to have the two Florida teams kill each other. Tampa disappointed me, but seeing their roster, their defensive core were subpar from where they used to be. Time has caught up to Tampa and they're going to be the next Boston. Not next year, but the year after. If Toronto does get by Florida, you can write a new chapter of "When the God's Changed". The Sens, Habs and Wings will soon be the challengers in the Atlantic. Toronto still has a few years more of a window, due to their core still being in their 20's. It's just cyclical.

After all the previous years let downs, you guys finally look like a playoff team.
You already had the offensive talent but the difference this year is much better defensive reponsability by your forwards ... and also a combination of better coaching and D's.

It's far from over but you look good so far compared to years past.

Brick Woll does well again. His appearance in this series has really given the Leafs a boost. Team seemed to really rally around the Stolarz injury and Woll, despite defensive breakdowns in front of him, is so good at making the timely saves at the right moments.

The 3rd period has been the Leafs worst period this playoffs but tonight, they sealed the deal. Even when they lost the lead, Marner saved the day. Which is funny because according to some local idiots, he never wins games for the Leafs. Oh but it's not late enough in the series so it doesn't count...4th career playoff GWG.

Thus far, the Leafs have won 6 playoff games with 6 different GWG scorers.

Marner, Knies, Pacioretty, Domi, Tavares and Benoit.

The Leafs need to continue to put this series out of reach. It'll be a tough road game, but Matthews has got to win us a game at some point this series. Bob has had two games with bad SV% and the Leafs shooting % is absurd right now. If those two stats come back down to Earth, they're going to need somebody like Matthews to rise above and be a difference maker. Everybody in the top-six has won the Leafs a game. Nylander doesn't have a GWG yet but he's been a 1st star player at least once.

We need Matthews to step up at some point and provide the same. Without that, the Panthers could find their way back into this series the way Ottawa pushed back.
