Thought Blake should've been gone last year, actually didn't mind the team he put together this year. Although he did hire Hiller who really didn't learn anything from the past bunch of years.

I do think Rob Blake did a great job with the amount of issues he was faced with in LA when he took over, He has built up the team where it needs to be to start winning rounds in the playoffs.
I could see him going to the Woolly's (Utah) or Nashville and working those franchises back into contention.

Also a Swarm of Maple Leaves vs. an Eastern Cougar/Panther is a great battle, but maybe a quick one.
Cougars sleep in trees but I don't think Maple Trees grow in Florida.

I hope you don’t mean this as a head coach.

But in the end he rolled 4 lines for the most part to get the playoff spot they did and failed to continue that. Massive bonehead moves

From my standpoint I would've fired Blake last season after his massive failure with a couple trades. Not offered him an extension. But the team today sure as hell seems to be better and look like they have a better future after the moves he made this past season.

Hiller just didn't know how to coach what he was given. What makes matters worse is the depth actually wasn't all that bad when they had a chance to play, but it was a little to late for Hiller and the team.
