Friedman pod yesterday made it sound like it was Tampa all the way for Jake. I’m sure it will get done quick. |

Friedman says Domi back to Leafs. Looks like Pens are just going to run it back, punt on the next few years, and try and draft back to relevance before Sid retires. |

Take some notes dubas and some of you"penguin fans"...Lightning get guentzel. How you ask? They got rid of sergachev's 8.5 mil to get jake...But you guys still want EK and his "skating ability"...LOL Whatever. Here's your runner up also penguins get kevin hayes another softy over aged player who can't even skate...LOL Enjoy that runner up. |

In addition to being a turd, you apparently don't know what "runner up" means. |

I guess from one rumor site. We inquired about a LHD which is why they may let POJ walk because of the belief we will bring someone else in. Arvidsson is someone they talked to potentially signing same with Debrusk. They are looking at players who won't get longer deals and are talking with Veterans and players who need shorter deals. It also said we asked about what Stamkos was looking for in a deal (seemed like just an ask not necessarily anything there). |

Is the idea of trading for an UFA’s rights so you can talk with them before free agency opens up? |

I think Tampa wanted to do an 8 year deal that's why they traded for Guentzel's rights.
Also I definitely feel like not resigning E-Rod and signing Kap to that deal was definitely something that set us back. Im definitely happy for E-Rod. |

Let’s not forget about Penguins legend Kulikov. Gladly take him over a 10 million Erik Karlson. |

I wonder with Domi resigning in Toronto if we would have any interest in Bertuzzi. |

I think either of them is a pipe dream at this point. |

Explain to me then? I gotta know. I don't get this site as much as I use to so maybe I missed something besides the kevin hayes solid pickup. |

And we would have been well on our way to striking out in free agency again regardless… |

Why the name calling? You like kevin hayes? How does this help in anyway? Why not use what's in wilkes barre I understand it's limited but yager would be alot cheaper and better than hayes. Am I wrong? Poulin would also. WHy are you guys so happy about this? It doesn't make sense and then you ridicule for calling out these horrible trades. I want the penguins to get better like anyone else. But how are these players he's getting helping this club? They talk about speed game and they hayes? I'd take gruden over hayes. This team won the with young players in the bottom 6 not this crap. neito? Where's he been again? Come on man. the players he brought half of them were hurt most of the season or didn't play up to expectations. I called eller out also but I admitted I was wrong about him. I would trade him only because he brought up his value last season and get a younger player on the cheap. |

Who are you talking to? Nobody is happy about Hayes. That was a cap dump by STL. The Pens picked him up to get the 2nd round pick, not because he's the best option to improve the current team. The future is the top priority for Dubas now, not how the Pens do this year. He made that clear with this move. |

Boqvist is not being qualified and will be a UFA. Id like him as a bottom pair option RD. He is never healthy but if he could have a full season learning from fellow Swede Karlsson, he could still become a very good player. |

I have a question. Apparently, since Guentzel was on Car at the TDL, he can only be offered a 7-year deal by TB.
But what would stop them from signing him to a one-year deal, and then immediately extending him 7 years? I know that players get extended in the final year all of the time, so why couldn't TB do this? |
