The best hockey would be Edmonton versus Florida and that's very well what we may get.

In the East, NY is an absolute no brainer from the league's perspective. In the West, it seems more of a tossup. I'd lean towards Edmonton. McDavid and Draisatl going for their 1st cup and Canada trying to end the drought will bring a lot more eyes to the series.

The reason for Dallas is it's a bigger market and there is a lot more room to grow the fanbase there.

Do they players have a say? This post seems to insinuate that the NHL can steer towards a desired outcome. But I suppose there are probably readers/authors here who believe that.

Rangers vs Edmonton but likely get Florida vs Dallas with low ratings

He's come a long way. Still needs help with capitalization and grammar.

And from a league perspective, NY and Edmonton. From a hockey perspective, Florida and Dallas.

Boy he must have been really bad before LOL....Would agree better teams are Florida and Dallas but viewership NYR and Edmonton by a longshot....think winners of both game 6 will win series( of course obvious for Fla and Dallas)

I'm sincerely curious why you think Dallas would be better. They seem to do everything they can to slow the game down and collapse 5 guys to the net to block shots. Also their older players seem already to be a little worn down from the first two series. Don't get me wrong they're a formidable team but I didn't think that anyone thought they're enjoyable to watch.

Best final for the NHL is without a doubt Maples Leaf’s vs Canadiens for the Cup.

What a stupid post. $4/month for this? Talk about something meaningful vs the obvious what the media would like in the largest audience possible.....NY vs Leafs. Neither are making it but they did bring in the ratings in previous rounds.
