IF they send Johnston down. Don't think they have to. Didn't they put Uncle Leo on waivers 3 or 4 times that one season?

I’m guessing until he clears he is against the cap and rosters were due at 5 technically he is still on the roster until 2pm tomorrow so that’s why they had to send Holmstrom down until he clears

Apparently it doesn’t for some reason. They had to send Holmstrom down until Johnson clears

Yeah but then they can bring Holmstrom back no? That’s what I read.

I believe yes. Once Ross is off the cap they bring Holmstrom back.
