Don't know if I like my ally. But staying true to my word, all are welcome to the Chris Drury hate club.

Yes, because not doing the job the way two armchair GM's on a chatroom want it done means you aren't qualified.

I could care less if u like me, I actually hope you don’t. When u came back here u were fine, then slowly started to become the same JO u were before u got banned.

I mean I could run down the list of move that justify my dislike for him, it'll be long.

He’s not qualified. He’s made rookie mistakes, a lot of them. The Buch trade set us back tremendously, and he’s traded away multiple picks and assets that he completely mismanaged, has no idea how to put a roster together and then fires GG bc he gave him the wrong players to win. He’s a moron.

Honestly it all started before that with the firing of JD.

Drury the GM:

Good: firing Quinn, trading for Copp, Vatrano, Braun. Drafting Othmann.

The indifferent. Signing Goodrow (took me a lot to not put this as a bad move). Trading for Kane, Tarasenko, Mikkola, and Motte.

The bad: Hiring Gallant, trading for: Reaves and Blais. Trading Buchnevich. Signing and then trading Nemeth. Trading Reaves for 5th after trading a 3rd for him. Making Trouba Captain.

Another one that pisses me off with Drury, we had a chance to claim Tolvanen, you know, a 23 year old RW that we desperately need, FOR FREE off waivers. We passed on him but then go and claim Lesychyn??? In what world was that a good idea? How do u pass on Tolvanen for free? I remember at the time a bunch of us were saying we should put a claim in for him (and would’ve gotten him) bc we were ahead of SEA. Drury is a moron. End of story.

Then he went on, although not the norm for him but still, a goal scoring hot streak in Seattle.

Do we think Othmann is on the opening night roster or in Hartford?

I mean yeah it's not great. But in this case the Analytics will probably gonna be right and spite right in the face after I was touting the analytics all year.

(Some people are gonna be mad we discussed this.)

Well I remember Corey Pronman guaranteeing that Rocco Grimaldi would be better than Chris Kreider, so I’m gonna watch and see what happens with Othmann anyway.

He was going to be Memorial Cup MVP if Peterborough had won.

I do agree that his OHL numbers regressed. But watching him play he was noticeable every shift
