He’s getting ice time and I think Torts plays him for good reason. I think you could make a decent NHL player out of ZM with him learning from ND.

I would call every team not on his no trade list and see if any interest. Now that will not happen.

Pacioretty signing not looking so hot anymore, sucks for him. Brutal

I will be looking to see if wisdom can crack the 4th line or maybe elliot later in the year. hope you're right penciling coots and atkinson in. but it is 9 months away. they should recover fully, right...

who knows. maybe they will play cates with frost and tipp again. I would also like to see cates skate with coots and farabee.

Because Brink missed so much time due to surgery/rehab, I am not pencilling him in out of camp. Long-term, I am not sure about him, TK and Atkinson in the same lineup. Especially all on the right side. Too similar maybe.

Bill addressed it the other day, about his conditioning. Hopefully, Wisdom comes to camp in the best shape of his life and really has some good things going next season with the Phantoms. It would be good if he makes strides to be in the call up category and gets a look then.

Nic D doesn't bother me at all. Nothing wrong with a vet who adds toughness and can kill penalties. The horrors, however, that he was going after some Bruins who were taking liberties a few days ago. How dare that knuckle-dragging dinosaur try to stick up for his teammates! I have nothing against Zac either, but still surprised we have both in the lineup.

I would disagree. He is a symptom of the decision making of the front office and of what plagues this team. It is incredibly unlikely that he is traded. I wonder why?

I never said he was good at it, but will say he is serviceable. I don't like the contract but Chuckles signed him and Torts seems to like him, so he will be in the lineup. He is overpaid but does the job he is asked to do. Hey, maybe one of those teams that was "in the chase" for him during free agency, will offer us a sweet package for him at the TDL

He's a complete stiff. A neanderthal. What job is that? Nobody is touching Deslauriers with that contract. Giving him a 4 year deal is ridiculously laughable. That alone is a fire-able offense for a GM
