After starting off very well with 7pts in 9 games and an even +/-. Casey Mittelstadt has 6pts in the last 17 games and is a -13 over those games.

Olofsson has 7pts and a -14 over the same 17 games.

Bryson is a -15 on the season.

Adams clearly thought this year was a figure out who is the future and who we need to toss.

If Adams wants to stick with these 3 because he gave comrie a 2 year i guess I could live with that.

But then you need to find a decent defenseman and and 3C. Really no excuse. Get one now and then one at the deadline. Or grow a sack and make a hockey trade.

26 games in and we know who should stay and who should go. I think hes gotta move 2 of Mitts/Olof sooner than later. And bring in someone to either push Bryson down the depth chart or off this team.

The goalie situation is tough cause your not moving Andy and hes 99.9% done after this season. UPL 20ish games into his career, proabably moving him down to the minors when Comrie is healthy. And how you going to move on form Comrie after 9 games... Would need some big nads to get rid of him so soon.

My guess is that the Ducks are in dead last and maybe Gibson would say yes to waiving now?

I had asked yesterday afternoon that Casey and VO not get (frank)ing stomped against poor competition. For once, they did not get pressed into the core of the earth.

Krebs had another strong game with Kyle and Z.

Food for thought.

Miller had 3 years of NCAA followed by 172 AHL games before becoming a full time starter.
UPL had one year of OHL followed by 69 AHL games (along with some ECHL and Europe loans).

Miller wasn't full time until he was 25/26. UPL is currently 23.

Miller did jump out with a 15 game NHL showing in 02/03, he was also then spanked to start the 03/04 season and sent down

UPL had a decent 9 game sample last year (2.74 9.17)

A little early to dismiss IMO. Goalies are also voodoo.

They are horrific.

I would like to see a long Cozens deal done before worrying about getting others. He's solidifying himself as a solid 2C, and if Buf can catch him on a long term Tage deal, they'll have tons of space to create a deep and deadly roster.
