Nice Read Hank!! Really appreciate that you keep writing Buddy!!
As constructed IMO this team won't make the playoffs. And again Adams would not take a chance on a player that might help your Defense.

It's a strange one there...fits the mold I would want to see added. Good size, very physical in clearing the net front, but doesn't take a ton of penalties.
Maybe if they didn't have Lyubushkin, they would have taken a flyer?

In a small sample size of 4 games for UPL, he is playing well at 5v5 (.913)...but the PK he is getting shelled at 3.5X the High Danger Chances that which Anderson has experienced, and 2X that of Comrie. That is a significant change for the worse. Why? Could be the competition he has faced in 3 top-end teams of Tor, Col, TB...and a superb performance against a middling team in the Blues (.944).

Think we need to give him more time...like was given to Quinn. Many wanted to send him down, which would have been a mistake.

Maybe play better in front of him, equal to they way they have with Andy.

In fairness, most of the calls to send Quinn and/or Krebs down were because they were either sitting or playing on the 4th line. Quinn broke out of that hell when they gave him the chance. Krebs is still stuck in it, maybe even worse with the broken parts line.

If my brother in law wasn’t such a huge sabre fan I would have the same interest as the rest of western New York. Nice that you had a few replies.

Just bc you think a player might help the defense doesn’t mean Adams feels the same way
These guys are getting waived for a reason after all

Agree in most cases but player came off ir
And they needed the cap

Nobody thought he's great
Only had to be better than
Bryson & Fitzgerald

I think he is

Trade for Boeser, trade for Chychrun, get a goalie. Then get ready for playoffs.

That’s quite a leap
Does that mean the teams waiving these players also don’t use analytics??

Oh, is that all? 🤣🤣🤣
Trading for Chychrun is a bad idea.
He’s not good at RD, and we shouldn’t pay 3 defensemen big $$$ long term

Blues coach Craig Berube on Jordan Binnington's antics:

"It’s got to stop. It doesn’t help anything. Just play goal. Stop the puck.”

Binnington has lost his damn mind.

Also it’s nice to hear a coach actually call out a player.
