Exactly. The Bills will be fine.
The bills will have decisions to make resigning players wise. But they will find money - Sabretooth9

Just like the Dallas Cowboys who were 25 mil over the cap going into this year. And now have 10 mil in cap space and are one of the best teams in the NFL? - ImThatGuy
Bills have like 4m in space right know and that's because they just redid Tre's contract. Money doesn't go forever. Sooner or later you kick the can enough it catches up. Beane definitely planned with some of the Contracts he structured, but you still want that window open for as long as you can. |

Yeah the cowboys who traded Amari Cooper for a pair of socks and now trying to woo an injured OBJ to fill the void ? |

Or their HOF QB retired, their HC decided to walk away and they for some reason thought Taysom Hill was going to be good.
None of those things due to the salary cap. - ImThatGuy
The coach walking away had everything to do with the team going into cap hell and no more Brees |

Yes, that helps too! Like. A lot
I am not worried at all about cap. Pegula will keep writing bonus checks for the bills
And write off the Sabres as a tax loss |

Might be right. Not sure how the Sabres end up, with a cap floor team + revenue sharing.

I'd wager it had way more to do with that. You can't win in this league without great QB play, just ask the Broncos |

Woulda, coulda, shoulda been us. Goaltending matters. Goaltending matters. Goaltending will always matter. - lacaprup
I think goaltending in general as a collective group in the NHL the last couple years has been garbage. Look at your “top goalies list” and it’s a very weak group |

CBJ and Ducks in a dog fight in the Tank Hard for Bedard race.
Very nice consolation prize waiting for the 2OA pick in Fantilli mask. well.
If the Sabres are a Lottery team, which is highly likely, would finishing with10-OA absolutely piss everyone off? Could move-up to 1st or 2nd with the Lottery Gods smiling on us.
How about mold Lindy Ruff getting that NJ team to lead the Metro and East thus far? I like it alot. ,Did the Panthers do the right thing in the offseason? Really running the risk of not qualifying at all, ,unless they wake up. |

The Sabres being a bottom 10 team after top quality season long performances from their top 2 lines, along with Dahlin and Power, would feel like a wasted season, as I'm tired of losing, especially when the losing is self-inflicted (bottom defense pair, horrendous forward line). |

I think Cozens is oretty clearly the next captain. He'll be ready next season. Hell, you could put it on him today probably. - lacaprup

Amazing the amount of apologizing that goes on for losing. It's actually a bad idea Detroit got Husso. Great take. |

If it was Dhals, which I would be 100% ok with, he would have it this season. I think. |

A lot of talk around the team is that Dahlin is the one leading and pushing them to get better in games and practices. |

That's great to hear. Dahlin, Tage, and Cozens have separated thenselves from an ability standpoint from everyone else. They're special players. I think we're in very good stead for the future if any of these three wear the C. |

Honest question:
Does anyone really think the Detroit Redwings are better than us anywhere except goaltending? They're in our playoff spot. Gotta track those bastards down. |
