Bills shot themselves in the foot with every lose,, should have won all 3 - Buff36
Yes, but you can make that argument for every team.
Buffalo's total margin in losses is 8 (Dolphins by 2, Jets by 3, Vikings by 3). Kansas City's is 10 (Colts by 3, Bills by 4, Bengals by 3). They could've/should've won all of their games by the same argument. It's the NFL. It happens every year. |

nope, after quinn goal in the 3rd, he put casey and olofsson out there
less than 30 seconds later, sharks score
casey and olofsson are shown in replay just standing still - homiedclown
As good as the team looked last night, the bottom pair and bottom 6 got smacked around. First time since they acquired Jost that I remember the Girgs line looking bad. Donnie changed a line that was working to try to fix his broken line and everything ended up worse.

It's funny data to look at. Of the bottom 6, Krebs had the best night. Even so, they gave up better chances than they got.
It's going to drive me crazy, but Jost probably sits next.

Good Post - Buff36
Also, this notion that the "Chiefs can't beat the Bengals" is laughable. Yes, they lost to them 3 straight times, but each of those games were by a field goal. Is there a mental block there? Possibly, but it can easily be overcome.

Reaves is exactly what Iâm talking about
Yes, heâs a tough guy
But heâs not good at hockey
Getting Foligno back would make a lot more sense- he can actually play (somewhat)
But i doubt Minny would move him - jdfitz77
Folingno is 31
2 years at over 3 million
Coming off a career year
Cost would be higher than what he's really worth

Last year we had 2 lines and half of a defensive pair
HmmmmmmâŚ.. maybe Adams isnât so bad ?
Some here still wanna go sh!t on his lawn though - jdfitz77
Yeah, he is in the right track. I mean the Sabres are 1st or 2 in goals scored per game.
So finding a goalie and figuring out the olofsson mitts line shouldnât be rocket science
Like I mentioned before. Chick-run could fix our entire defense.
Moving joker and bush to 3rd pair would be solid
Bryson and Fitzgerald are not the answer. Pilut doesnât play enough to notice what he does or doesnât do. |

I thought it was one of his better games. He at least looked like someone who is trying to be successful. Mitts is about worthless at this point. We will be hard pressed to get a return for him at this point. If Olofssons production goes stale, same with him |

Why are people so obsessed with folignos
We donât need either one. Easy pass. Move on.
Marcus was a floater. He would show up 1 time every 10 games and disappear. Frank that guy |

Obviously you haven't watched him the last 3yrs, I would put him with Krebs day 1 with Olofsson. |

I think I can speak to everyone here at least that we all want players who are both talented and difficult to play against. Fortunately if we're formatting our bottom 6 it shouldn't take a ton of effort. - TheSabresTaco
I donât think you have to be âtoughâ to be tough to play against
For example, i donât think Bergeron is any easier to play against than Marchand or Chara
Thereâs other things u can do besides hitting (or physical play in general) that can make u tough to play against- for example, u could be a great forechecker, or u could play great positional defense, or u could be great with your stick, etc etc etc
People here seem to get so wrapped up in âphysical playâ like weâll suddenly be tougher to play against if we add Ryan Reeves or some clown whoâs good in after the whistle scrums, or someone whoâll throw a punch so âDahlin doesnât have toâ
I just donât subscribe to any of that actually helping the Sabres win games
And if thatâs not what they mean, then they should stop using ridiculous examples like that over & over & over |
