I think the strategy is to act unconventionally with the prospects on purpose, to see how they react to certain comments or situations. sounds like an effective way to evaluate an attribute such as maturity, which is probably difficult to gauge through the span of only 1 or 2 interviews.

Yep…. He will need to work on his emotions management but I prefer that than trying to make a Guy like Armia more gritty!!!

The way he plays the game reminds me Chelios…. Not same talent of course but same grit…. That guy will be so loved in Montreal when he will take care of Marchand…

you don't need a big guy though to go after Marchand, and a lot of times he just gets away with his dirty shenanigans, like the weasel he is... but yeah, the habs could use a bit of grit, there isn't a whole lot of that on the roster right now.
