Toronto maple Leafs prospect, Matthew Knies is back in Minnesota. He’s expected to connect with the Leafs in the next 24-48hrs. No decision has been on next season, although sense is he’s leaning toward staying in school. TBD.

The streak so rare i guess it deserve to be the headline on HB. If Matthews had Marner in the "loose" 80s (goaltending, equipment, general talent top to bottom, offseason training regime) maybe he beat the season goal record in NHL.

This is really confusing the way it's written.
Matthews...added his 56th of the season at 2:10 of overtime to become the highest-scoring American-born player in NHL History, surpassing Kevin Stevens and Jimmy Carson.
What the heck does this mean? Is this referring to a Leafs record? |
