No Eichel made a point tonight. That he's the d-bag many people suspected he was all along.

I was glad they booed. But secretly I still liked Eichel as a player and wanted him to do good and win with the knights.

However after his childish comments after the game he can go suck a huge
Bag of donkey balls. I hope the spoiled little biotch wins nothing. What a franking crybaby.

The NHL needs more press conferences like that.

Baller you captured the in game experience and put it in words. Excellent article.

I've never booed anyone that hard in my life. Although rob Johnson might disagree....

Hands down the best atmosphere in KBC in years. I proudly booed Jack all night. He was absolutely rattled and showed the hockey world his true sour self in the post game comments. Tuch outworking him for the EN goal, can you write a better ending?

Also, for all the crap the sabres organization gets about honoring players, the Anderson 300th win tribute was absolute class!

Totally agree. Much like the WWE, they need more players willing to be the heel, much like the great Patrick Roy vs. Roenick back and forth from years ago.

He didn't win a one on one battle and out hustle him down the ice? Notice that Jack stopped skating at the blue line? We've certainly seen that before. Get out of here with what ever your trying to sell.

If it were anyone other than Eichel, there'd be no mention of it. Since it was Jack and Tuch, it's almost irresistible.

A Jack-off from Boston got drafted by Buffalo and acted like an entitled brat for 7 years, never did anything worth mentioning yet constantly pointed the finger and people still think he got a raw deal.

Yeah man, it was exciting and awesome to see Tuch bowl over that pouty man-baby. Tuch may not have the talent that Eichel has, but I'll put this in a way you can understand.

Eichel is the Grinch before saving the presents on the edge of the cliff. The one with the tiny heart.

Tuch is the Grinch after saving the presents, well in Buffalo they say, Tuch's heart grew three sizes today.

Noice blewg

Eichel looked like he just played 10 games in a year and half, the game had passion and the Sabres wanted it wayyyyyyyyy more. Eichels skating and d zone play was excellent but he still don't have his timing/hands in the o zone.

The crowd was fun, Anderson played great, Mitts was literally eating nachos on the bench...wild...Fitzgerald is the spark plug on this roster - he saw a hole and is filling it to the best of his ability and it's working while earning him full time status. Samuelsson is a bad man towering back there - Granato has to figure out how to make him play mean, I liked what he said in the post game of earning it every night and named Power, Samuelsson, Dahlin and Joker as the D core going forward.

Eichel's post game was awesome, the league needs way more of that - now thats the spark plug the fans needed with the outdoor game on deck. This is the 1st time in over 2 seasons where the game and environment kept me in the moment - it was a great feeling.

Can't wait for Rivet to unload on ATW

The fact that the sabres team showed up says pretty much everything you need to know about Cry baby jack.
Not surprised in the least by his immature comments... he still hasn't learned a damn thing... no surprise there.
