Nintendo did couch coop and multiplayer better than anybody but once you could do multiplayer online they were lost.

yeah...

it still seems very far away but we will have some sort of return to "normalcy" at some point...

anyway I haven't played a lot with the Switch but from what I saw it's a pretty decent console.

I only play NHL or Madden against an opponent in the room. I don't need some 12 year old halfway across the room screaming into his mic about pwning me or something dumb.

I've been looking for an original NES. Where's the best place online to get one? The one i had for years (recently) was the exes brother's and she took it back.

Hate saying it but just buy a modern device with emulators...cheaper and more likely to work, especially with new tvs and stuff. I'm building an arcade machine for my basement right now and wanted to go original but everybody I talked to pushed me to emulators

I have one with 630 games in it already. It's my Mike Tyson's Punchout, Ice Hockey and Tecmo Bowl cartridges that keep calling my name saying "We're not on your emulator, buy more poop"!!

Also, my emulator won't work on my plasma through the coax cables. Might be the tv cuz it worked on my other plasma - that she took.....

good question, I still have mine but I use an emulator to play games I don't own, my guess would be perhaps Ebay, but I'm not sure to what extent it's trustable, since a lot the time the NES is broken in some way, and the prices are rather high for an 8-bit console imho
