I do not think they will hire a female GM, but I think they might just pick the best female potential-GM and do as you posted above... AGM and in charge of Laval.

And I do think there are a number of viable candidates for the role.

And no, this is not some form of tokenism or wokeness or visibility thing... it is reality if they want to expand the pool of potential future GMs given the restrictions the Habs have put in place (ie: language).
