oh I agree with both of you in the sense that the habs do need a change. I don't know how much influence he directly had over decisions concerning development and drafting but he might've had more success had he been surrounded by more competent people, who know lol - Pat1993
He is the GM - he has 100% control over that and every aspect of the team.
But also to your point, he likely needed better and more staff under him at all levels. And that is also on him. But like he is with his players, MB is too invested in his front office team to make changes.
There is zero salary cap on off-ice personnel, so you would think the Habs would be willing to spend more on that then they have been doing. |
