I'll own this as I was in that camp. And also to be fair, it's a small sample size and that's all he did before this year (very well though). Was always in the camp of he's good at what he does, but I don't want to overpay for that. If he keeps this up, have no problem with a healthy extension and raise.

Ultimately I personally settled on leaving him exposed over Risto because of their perceived values, and it's good that management had the same line of thinking.
