Our last cat was an outdoor cat until it became an ex-cat. This guy loves to go out. My wife hates that he goes. The compromise that we all hate is that he gets a harness and a 20 foot leash. He gives me the worst look when he knows it’s going on. He wanders around not catching anything for an hour. I get some work done. The dog lies on the grass and then we all come in and my wife acts like we just survived a journey to the South Pole.

He can't find a jock that fits

My kid (about to turn 28) says he hates playing goalie with and against really bad players. He didn’t play high level competitive hockey as a kid but started playing with better players and got to play with some really good players at school the last few years. He said going back and playing with buddies and their dads who were “good in the day” just made him crazy and that he’ll quit playing goalie and play out if he hips don’t let him play at a decent level.

One of my BFFs was a high-level goalie growing up.

He played defense on our beer league team, but once in a blue moon he would be pressed into service between the pipes for us.

He hated playing net for us - we played in a low division, and his timing was completely off. He wasn't used to everyone being so slow. It would completely frank him up.

Thank you. But you know, there ARE ways to change your cap structure and create space to take care of things like, you know, signing your #1d, investing in goaltending, building proper depth, etc. If you figure out how, let Dubas' know, too.

Well the dog is the only animal in the house dumber than me so who knows where they’d end up. Besides this is when I head out to do stuff anyway and if I go out without the cat I get killer glares from him and he’s the only one in the house who scares me more than my wife.

My wife played on a beer league team (cosmo league team?) and they were truly terrible. But nobody had more fun at tournaments. These women were frightening.

The partner of the captain would film the tournaments, and then he would edit it into these hilarious videos. Every year was a different theme. He was soooo damn creative.

My wife and I would watch them and piss ourselves, while our kids would just walk by, shake their heads and quietly mouth "wtf?"

I used to film the games my ex and i would play in bubble hockey using two cameras. Then i would drink until late at night, add periods, intermission and HNIC theme. Well i did for two games only it became too much work...but damn it was fun.
