I watched a doc last night about the invasive Asian carp in the US. Apparently the Chinese love eating these fish, but Americans won’t. So there’s a company thats trying to turn them into hotdogs and sausages so American will eat them. Seems to be the only way to solve the problem is to turn them into a commodity.
