Someone, that couldn't manage a flat of beer on a weekend fishin trip. - bixll
That would be very difficult to manage, as there wouldn’t be nearly enough beer. |

Look at the brightside, he'll probably not finish it again.
Then cram like, 10, into a single blog. But they'll be the ones worthy of an actual blog dedicated to them. |

Drexel must be on to something. Obviously, wearing a mask has nothing to do with spreading Covid.

Of course you can run for Prime Minister. If it’s close and you’re prepared to form a coalition with Drexel’s Drexoid Freedumb Party you just might pull it off. Don’t worry about positions, you can steal from the Rhinoceros Party. Their platform includes making “Sorry” the official motto of Canada, selling advertising in the Senate and House of Commons and redrawing the provinces so that they’re all rectangles likes Saskatchewan. |

Banff has somewhere in the range of 1100 cases per 100k population, and a population of 8 thousand (with a poop load of tourists coming in and out).
Yeah it's going great despite what the rednecks have to say. 🤦🏻♂️ |

Didn't Alberta essentially "give up" a few weeks/months ago and basically say they are just gonna let Covid do it's thing?
I'm paraphrasing of course.

They did an about face on that last week I believe. I lived in Alberta and loved it but if there’s one thing you learn about the people there is that they don’t like being told what to do.
Whether it’s the gun registry or COVID rules they’re not going to obey, especially if it’s coming from government officials. |

It’s very similar. I worked for the same guy for twelve years and he wouldn’t hire born and raised Albertans.
He was from Winnipeg originally and we had employees from everywhere but Alberta. He said he had no luck at all with them because they were just too confrontational. |

GFY! You are wrong!
I tend to think every place has its fair share of bumholes. But as a born and raised Hurtin Albertan, I agree, Albertans are more prone to speak their mind.
I spent some time in Ontario last year and I found the people to be less confrontational, but more passive-aggressive.

Let me be clear. I like Alberta and its people. But they do have that Wild West attitude. I have no experience with Calgary at all, I lived in Edmonton and I miss it every day. |

Alberta is a gorgeous place. I grew up west of Calgary in the foothills. Calgery is more white-collar and people are a little more snobbish. But being closer to the mountains is an easy trade off.
I was blown away by the beauty of Ontario. My bro moved to Kincardine about 3 years ago and I have been to visit once. I could line in a place like Owen Sound.

I'd hold on to that thought. We're 2 or 3 weeks behind Alberta and BC in this 4th wave. In 3 weeks we could very well be around 2000 cases a day.
