Yup wether he feels bad or not is not an issue as rule 42 doesn’t require intent.

it's right to the head. why is anybody even arguing? that's a suspendable hit right to the head that resulted in an injury. head down or head up it was still the point of contact and players need to control themselves when they hit. just like in football, there are right ways and wrong ways to hit someone.

It's never to the head when it comes to Habs players getting hit. It's always clean to the chest unfortunate whiplash and such
