Coaches and players think he's really good so there's that. He can be frustrating at times but he's played 900 games I mean really

You are making to much of this as far as how effective the lines are or can be based on 3 left shots on a line or right shots. Nelson Bailey and Beau have been together and been very effective offensively. There’s always 2 of the same on any given line and having 3 is not a huge hindrance in the o zone imho. It honestly makes a bigger difference in the d zone.

It’s really not common. Most coaches balance lines. One line maybe, but three of them is definitely not typical. Plus we have centers playing wing and wings playing off wings. That takes time to adjust no matter what level. Whatever, we’ll see how the lines shake out.

That hurt my lungs just watching that. We had a gas mask in college that we would break out once in a while, but that was just wow. 😂😂😂

My buddy saw that and said they used a 5 gallon jug as a gravity bong but used it in the pool so they could swim under and put theor heads in it

One longtime NHL executive we spoke to asked the question many were asking: Who would want Hall given his level of play? “He’s done nothing to help himself,” the longtime talent evaluator said. “It’s his (frank)ing compete factor. He’s done himself a hell of a disservice.”

I was trying to visualize this and I think I could actually work. Prob works best for people with long necks or narrow shoulders. 😆😆 must have burned a 1/4 ounce just to fill that jug. 😆😆

Not typical but if it works then who gives a (frank) if it’s 3 lines of left hand or right hand shooters. It’s not that hard to play the off wing especially in the O Zone. It’s actually a bit tougher in the D zone when your trying to play the puck on the boards on the break outs.
Centers can play wing very easily.
As you said let’s see how it works out. My opinion is the lines will sort out by who plays better together not what side they shot from.

I like Palmieri on the third line and I understand having a center to help Barzal with face offs but what if they moved Nelson to the 1st line and Zajac could center the second.

Or Bea with JP and Wahly make that your second line and move Palmieri with Bailey and Zajac.

I agree for us fans. But might be just what this team needs to regroup and acclimate the new guys.
