Myers and Patrick (who has zero leverage) will be resigned this offseason. Hart and Sanheim come up next offseason. These things inevitably get worked out.

Patrick is not getting much. He didnt lay last season so no reason for a raise. He will likely get a 1 year deal.

Myers wont get more than Sanheim so you are looking at around 3 mill.

Hart will need to be re-signed but I dont see him getting that much. He is still an RFA and goalies tend to make less than players. We get 2 mill off the books immediately as MacDonald's buyout is done. I would expect someone to be traded as well. Probably Ghost, his names always out there so eventually one time it will have to be right.

Despite them clearing space it is also possible some cap remains and the rest needed comes from Fleury. Could go to Buffalo.

It's Martinez + one of Holden or McNabb who're likely to get traded, not Schmidt.
