probably players and teams will get more money from networks if playoffs are cancelled after a few weeks due to infections instead of pre-emptively canceling them.

it is highly unlikely NHL will be able to do a 'normal' playoffs since there will be several new infections popping up, stripping teams from a few players or even forcing them to step out.

it is different to have to stop due to actual health concerns instead of 'potential' health issues.

since hotels and rinks are NHL-teams only, I assume they actually build walls (or fences) between the hotels and non-bubble + have quite a bit of security around?
