I'm willing to give them a pass on this because they've been really good owners...
I think what really bothered me most was the execution and then the backtrack / lame rationale once it went to Hell. But they def heard about it from me and more than a few season ticket holders that I know.

In the end, I agree. Technically, we got our money back plus the 20% bonus. It was a nightmare trying to explain what was going on to my math-challenged wife.

Her company pays for our tickets but she had no idea about the variable pricing scheme until the season was canceled and she started adding up the face value of the tickets.
I love the Samueli's, too. They did a LOT for the employees of the Honda Center during this mess. My beef isn't with them, it's with the accountants who poorly explained what was going on and then "conveniently" deleted everyone's ticket invoice whe the sh!t started hitting the fan.
