My Buddy brought the Maple Leafs back a couple days before the Border closed, has a guy up in Toronto he gets them from, they are really good.

The only other one that might make that list is Cozens, think he's gonna be a stud.

Funny thing is the Sabres had the 62nd pick in that 2015 draft. A pick traded away, Cirelli was picked 10 picks later. Past is the past, hopefully some of are mid round picks start working out.

Fans are stupid especially when it comes to evaluating defenseman. Examples Richard Smelick (sic), Andre Sekera, some Tyler Myers thought was a #1, Risto. I bet if we go back further Schoenfeld's analytics weren't that great but he hit and fought. Bill Hajt probably had awesome numbers but he was thought of as very meh. He was a solid D.

D is the last line of defense and if they are on the ice for goals against it was their fault even though it may have been the winger, center, other D, goalie or a combination's fault. Fans are stupid.

We all have our moments. But us little folk who are detached from the day to day interactions and operations might want to pay more attention to those closer to the rink as they have more insight. That said, we have opinions and will use everything in our power to back them up. In a way it's good as we are forced to do research to back it up, but there are also times we need to back off and/or cede defeat.
