Muzzin has just been loaned to the Marlies on a conditioning stint, so fingers crossed he is back in the lineup on Monday night. If not, soon after that.

I am not sure this is fair value for the Flyers. 60 point D-men (even ones who cough the puck up and miss the net a lot now) are close to IMPOSSIBLE to find.

Sami's son is a nice player but not a game-changer.

I would rather see Ghost and a solid but not A-list prospect to WPG to Buff but not sure how to make the $$$ work in the short term.

The Flyers would be SO SO SO SCARY with Big Buff out there even if for two years and he retired. He's not Pronger (nobody is) but he's in the ball park.

WPG would replace a malcontent in Buff with a young D-man with PROVEN high upside on a killer contract AND a prospect.

That looks like a win-win to me.

The Jets have Morrissey, Pionk, Niku and Heinola who are smaller puck moving d-men and Winnipeg would like a bigger stay at home player in any trade for Buff. Ghost has been a health scratch this season and not a player the Jets would want for Buff.

I'm a Kings fan and may be drinking a bit of the Kool-Aid, but what would you think about Martinez (good 2nd pairing/great 3rd pairing D), Jack Campbell (a more than adequate back-up/potential future No. 1) and a second for either Nylander or Kapanen and a 4th or 5th.

The Leafs are NOT trading Matthews, Marner, Tavarez, Muzzin, Reilly, Hyman, Nylander, Kapanen or Johansson...wait...or Sandin. There!!!

Now, they will need a Top 4 D-man, a backup goalie and maybe a gritty 3rd line winger....but...you get NONE of these guys!
