Yeah, a cross-check on one end: Not called. A cross-check on the other end a couple minutes later: Penalty.

A blatant slash in front of the ref after the play on one end: No penalty. A mutual roughing on the other end a couple minutes later: Double minor.

No, a second minor unsportsmanlike for telling the ref the truth about the call. Of course, not a 10 minute so there would be only 2 minutes of PP. Nah, that would be too generous.

This is in addition to the non-call for the faceoff pick play on their first goal. Just horrendous.

I don't usually complain about refs because the Pens will have a favourable night like this too this season .. maybe multiple.. what goes around comes around. It evens out over an 82 game season. Just sucks it's happening tonight haha.

This reffing is f'n joke. It feels like the Islanders have 2 shots 5v5 and both their goals where flukes.
