Not a canucks fan but gotta love these players that dont squeeze every penny possible out of their teams. |

It’s actually a horrible deal for the canucks...
Benning didn’t get any UFA years included!!
In 3 years...boeser HOLDS ALL THE CARDS...
he can file arbitration for one more year...make 7 million...then become a total UFA and leave vancouver with nothing.
Fletcher’s deals with prov and konec for 6 years...3 RFA years/3UFA years are WAY MORE TEAM FRIENDLY!!!
Hey canuck fans...enjoy a few more years with boeser cause he gone! |

He could very well not wanna leave, tho. Vancouver is a great city, and that team has some nice young players. We know Pettersson is a stud. Horvat will still be in his prime. And didn’t they just draft Podkolzin? Kid looks good, as long as he doesn’t become the next Nichushkin.
Boeser may hold cards, totally true, but he could be very happy to stay there. |

Boessner's salary in year 3 is $7.5M (Cap Friendly)
the Canucks will have to offer $8.25M to qualify him in year 4.
That shouldn't be a problem.

Wait.... So Carlo was in the 50% off bin? |

Two RFA years left - played under 10 games his first year so not on the same schedule as RFAs that played all three years of their ELC.
Great deal - allows Canucks to lock up EP40 and Hughes first and places accountability on Boeser to perform. With two RFA years left, team will be in a good position to sign him to a five or six year deal. |

Teams are taking a "No BS attitude." Especially a young David Poile running around the Spectrum in 1966. |

The dominoes! they're falling! this is bedlam! complete chaos. stay tuned to friday because as EK pointed out to us, its the most important day of the week, it's when most of these RFA's will make some noise and sign! E5 |

Boeser needs to prove he can stay healthy. If he can he will get paid handsomely on his next deal. You just don’t want four forwards averaging over ten million. Spread the wealth. Good job Benning. |
