He said he has a feeling there may be a few offer sheets this year so that is not tampering. He may want to bring Auston home - VANTEL
So the Leafs would get the Coyotes' next 4 1st round picks?
Tempting. |

You seem to keep missing the word "option." - Atomic Wedgie
It's only an option if Marleau wanted to retire, imo that's not happening, so yeah, I don't find your opinion to be viable. |

Karley and Myrsey, with Hutty, Stechy, Hughsey and one of Brisby, Sauts or Mcey in rotation. |

If you are going to give Hughes a nickname then it’s got to be Yosser (pronounced Yauza). English thing. |

I’m on team tank so don’t live or die on every loss. Win or lose, I’m ok either way. |

Leafs got a point on the road, so I guess I should be happy.
But the hockey itself was absolutely dreadful.
And I was hoping for a good game, because me and a buddy took our daughters down to Leafsports to watch the game on the 40 foot screen.
It was not good entertainment. |

True, but that’s pro hockey. You get stinkers some times no matter how good your team is.
What’s changed for the leafs is that fans expect a great game now. Surprised or disappointed when they get a loss or a stinker. Big difference between what used to be and today.
As a fan, that’s a good position to be in.

For me, it's actually the opposite now.
It used to be I would live and die over every two points.
These days, I can shrug off a stinker and move on. We'll get 'em next time. |
