It's no worse than spending 90K on a boat to catch something you can buy in the grocery store for $15 dollars.

I can walk 400 yards. Drill a hole and catch some if I feel like. I dont though. I have a Metis uncle though. 😁

It’s pretty brutal being away from your family for months at a time if you don’t have to be. I would suspect that’s the reasoning for most players.
- golfingsince

Plan ahead ....in the summer you probably could have discussed with management ...book a vacation for your family to come for part of it. Your rich so you don’t need to book in advance to save money ...it’s easily doable to not be apart from the family too long

You should try making your own hot dogs
- golfingsince

Screw that, the only thing I do at home like that is smoke my own salmon. Everything else we can buy.

Has nylander scored yet?
Not including with Mathews on the road.

- Pres.cup

Nope.

He's looked dangerous at times, but holy frank, time to start earning your money, you greedy bastard. You aren't getting paid to look dangerous.

Canucks 4-4-2 over the same stretch. Seems like no one really wants it. it's 3 games in 4 nights, and 4 in 6. 1-2-1 my guess. L-L-OTL-W

I think it's just a lot of teams in the West with little depth, like the Canucks and Colorado.

No chance.

If it ever got to that, they would trade Nylander. The contract pays a poopton upfront, so on July 2nd, his contract is pretty appealling to any team with cap room.

I just don’t think it’s that simple. I would think the stability is why they ask for the NMC to begin with.

I grow three tomato plants a year and go to Thrifty's for everything else, lol, I actually never go to the grocery store, my wife says that's a pink job. Cutting the lawn is a blue job.

I think you're right but selling a 7 mil contract for a guy struggling is going to be a hard ask. Once Willie is moved he is no longer being fed by Matthews.

I do most of our grocery shopping, but I was in food industry management for years and I cook fairly often so I enjoy it I guess.

Unless toronto retains nobody wants that contract for pretty boy. He's overrated and overpaid.

You know you can get yourself a good T-bone steak by sticking your head up a bulls ass but wouldn’t you rather take the butchers word for it?

The water amount is variable, I also add a touch of oil. The real pain in the ass is rolling them out but I bought a tortilla press because we make them so often.
