I think the biggest difference in goal, other than the goalie making saves, is how Stollie is helping the team in other ways...poking pucks away, moving the puck quickly around the boards instead of waiting and just overall more aggressive. Puck tracking is has been pretty good as well.
- Glak18

All of that for sure. He doesn’t need to cover everything resulting in an ozone faceoff. He’s stymied a couple dump ins too with eating the puck out of his net.

I think there a people on this board who could have put on a better attempt on net than grant just now. Thanks dude.

Ehh..was a bouncing puck ..
Plenty to complain about with Ghost and Provy right now..not sure that play was one of those things.

WTF? Do the refs feel bad for the Flyers now? This is the complete opposite from the calls the Flyers got the rest of the year.

Phone died earlier but I've got to say that PK to start the period was a beauty. The Weise shorty was just icing.

I’m sorry but I would argue that Pitt and Philly have been the best Flyers rivalry the past 10 years. I’m inspired by how we’re playing tonight and overall standing up for each other. This isn’t a coach approach, This is the players knowing that they don’t want to be out done by their most hated rival today! Players are inspired too.

Regardless of what the hockey people say, never be down in a 3-2 game to a heated rival.

Seriously Provorov has to be taken off the PP ASAP. Use Sanheim, Provy is terrible at carrying the puck up the ice. It's like an automatic deadend.

What do you mean? They were such a dominant pair last season.
- SuperSchennBros

Except for the fact that either was statistically better paired with AMac.
