Gagner has zero value to this team and can go to utica instead of loosing goldobin for nothing on waivers.

With more favourable starts and a player that makes others better probably but no he's not allowed to play more.

Yes and I am huge fan. He is exactly the type of player I would like us to try and draft.

I thought that da haan in Carolina was a very savvy move. They didn't really have a defensive dman, as much as they have a lot of talent and depth at that position. Da Haan and Schenn do not belong in the same conversation.

Get a 3rd or 4th for gudbranson and sign schenn to a better deal. Take the extra asset and run.

Me too, definitely not meaning to knock him that's just a lot for 30 points. I guess they must see a lot of offensive upside still untapped on top of the physical. Roussel is a similar type of player, I like that signing.

There's a lot riding on him returning to form and getting 25-30 points and 100 hits. If he get's those kind of numbers, there's nothing wrong with that number IMO. No free agent is choosing a bottom dweller, you have to give them term

Not a good reason. We cannot sell low for the sake of moving him when the cap is not hurt. Need a better trade or reason.

I also don't see how JV has earned top6 ice at this point. I think he's bottom6 until he forces TG's hand. Liepsic/goldy, Bae, LE (much to my disgust) and Boeser are the top6 wingers.

Lines are not numbered. Revisit earlier posts. Lines are built for roles & chemistry.

When it comes down to lines its neither rigid nor not fluid. Opponents & match ups & in game play is always an unknown. How or what TG chooses to do will vary every game &/or shift. Too much prediction is required & highly impossible to do.

This team will be faster this year , lets see how it plays out . Like everyone says we are not winning anyways
