dremott was fine on the bottom pair. not sure he's ready for top 4.
borgman lost his job to dermott caused he sucked.
hainsey plays the right side.
other than picking up a rh dman prospect, i'm not sure we're help on that side this year. - Tumbleweed
I think we need two right-handed d-men;
Rielly - ?
Hainsey - ?
Dermott - Zaitsev
Borgman as the 7th.

if gardiner is out, we'll need a LH dman to replace him imo. - Tumbleweed
I agree, Leafs will probably bring in 2 d-men - and I can't see Gardiner ever playing another game as a Leaf. |

Like McDonaugh for Gomez.
Forever hilarious.
Also how's your sons playoff brackets? He destroy you yet? - Aaron_85
He did very well in the first round but his 2nd round was brutal. Went 0/4.
Poor kid cried his heart out.
But he's looking at a bounce back in the third round picking Washington and Winnipeg! |

I'm just glad the Bruins got eliminated, disappointed my son greatly after he predicted them winning the cup, fueling the hatred.
Whether or not I encouraged the hate remains unknown. |

I have a question - Why do we think Nylander and Marner are going to get huge contracts? In comparison you have Marchessault who's scored 30 goals last season and 27 this year. 75 points.
Marner has 19 goals and 22 goals in the same span. Nylander has about the same. Pointswise Marner is closer this year with 69.
Marchessault got 6 years and 30 million. Why can't we expect Nylander to take the same? It's not like he's had an amazing playoffs either.
Marner possibly closer to 6.5 or 7. |
