I've always said Vancouver has an inferiority complex, we really aren't that great of a sports town, any sort of success is always criticized because there's always that fear of the other shoe dropping.

I think Carols more positive reporting is better for the team. I'd rather have her doing a daily column in the paper or radio show than ANY of these idiots. I'm sure ALL of us can agree she has better blogs than any other vancouver sports media person.

I would love to get McNabb on a reasonable deal. Skates pretty well. Developed in the Kings system, can throw big hits, can make a good first pass out of the zone, decent defensively, decent hockey sense, and willing to fight.

Those were just examples of guys who provide similar skillsets at that price. They are not necessarily available this summer.

Agree with everything you said though.

I am all in for trading with Islanders, Lightning or Blues, as they have what I feel might be the best returns, whether it be picks or prospects.

That could be for EG in a conditional deal with us getting tge 2nd for sure.

Yeah I doubt the Habs are looking to get rid of picks and that franchise is in shambles. Realistically, I think the Islanders or Leafs need something like Guddy and have an extra 2nd rounder to part with. Cut our loss and move on. I don't think its the end of the world or Jims job tho.
