Look at the leafs, they added 3 players(mind you a 1OA) and all of a sudden they are a playoff team.

We add gaudette, EP, and one(or both) of OJ and Dahlin and we are a completely different club.

Marky won't steal us games, but his numbers aren't horrendous when you take into account our team is bad this year. Upgrade the defense and an upgrade to the offense and he will probably be a.915 - .920 goalie next season.

Horvat and Boeser are a solid foundation for forwards. Sutter has been a really good shut down guy for us, Gaunce can play a shut down roll quite well, just won't produce much offense. Rielly is good offensively, but now where near defensively as Tanev, polar opposites if you asked me. OJ has a lot of potential, EP and Gaudette will be huge for us. Our team has the pieces to turn it around, add another high pick this year and we legit have the pieces to be a playoff team.
Could be as early as next season if we got Dahlin. You guy our team too little credit.

I don't disagree with that, I love last years draft, but those guys I mentioned from the Leafs were all NHL players except Brown I think. Just not quite there yet but hope those kids are the real deal.
