We all know this is your pain speaking. Pain from the Senators offering you no ammunition to even pretend to fight any more. Pain from the knowledge that your city will never be significant enough to even have a baseball, or basketball, or MLS team.

So much pain.

Soon the summer talk will begin, and then you can tell us all about how the Sens have the 3 best players not in the NHL.

Marlies sweep Syracuse to move on to the 3rd round of the Calder Cup playoffs.

Still waiting on the Belleville Sens update. I assume they're doing well since they have so many of the best players not in the NHL but I could use some more details from someone who has a more vested interest in the team.

Binghamton is undefeated these playoffs, and Colon White hasn’t even registered a point yet. Imgine how good they’ll be when he shows up?

I'm not sure how the bracket works. I'm hoping the Marlies get to the final but I don't like their chances if they have to go up against the baby Sens in round 3. I don't think they've lost a single game since the start of the playoffs. Hopefully the Marlies don't have to face that juggernaut until the finals.

Wow, that's incredible. Has he been hurt? I mean there's no way one of the best players outside the NHL could be stymied that way otherwise. Unless of course it's the totally real Toronto bias that all hockey officials in every league have.

this is all really confusing.

i am starting to think that the b.sens have so many good prospects that they just gave them the calder cup.

Dude, not only have they not registered a loss in the playoffs. The Belleville Sens don't have a single player with a minus, in the entire playoffs.

Nobody can compete with that. It simply isn't fair.

Not even a single goal against!

I guess they don't have to worry about their goaltending future!

Sens flubbed both picks. Pretty funny, given they decided to give up the best shot at next year’s 1st overall.

Explain what you mean by "best shot".

BTW are you over the moon with the leafs reward for being ousted in the first round, just as I predicted.... the 29th pick overall.

No we are over the moon by having a team with no horrible contracts, no drama, no perverted executives, a full stadium, good parking, something other than the CFL to distract us, a goalie under 36, our best players doesn't want to leave, our core is in their 20's, our owner isn't cheap our players' wives get along

... best of all, we are over the moon that the Sens are a worse laughing stock now than the Leafs have ever been, top to bottom, everything is a mess.

and we love it

Hoffman gone
Karlsson going
Duchene not going to re-sign
poopty farm system
poopty ownership

... and they gave up their first rounder next year as PART of the cost for getting a guy for 2 seasons, in which they won't even make the playoffs.

Most likely to finish last, which has the best odds at picking first. Seems pretty easy.

Sens gave up that chance to pick a guy at 4th that wasn’t supposed to go top 5... and then picked a guy in the first who could have gone in the second or 3rd round.

Par for the course for the franchise. Assistant GM should have been paying more attention to their skill levels, not who he wanted to see in the change room.
